Ive been coming now for a little over a month and taken multiple classes with different instructors and am hooked. Each instructor will challenge you in a different way and give you a full body workout every time. In one month I feel stronger and more confident in my body. I’ve also done private lessons for if you prefer one on one. Jamaica has done a great job of creating a welcoming environment for any fitness level.

I started with Fly just shy of a a year ago and the transformation I experienced far exceeds the physical aspect. I am mentally stronger than ever. Kinder, more patient and I am so, so grateful to be part of the inclusive community Jamaica and the team have created.

I miss Fly kickbox so much! The instructors are amazing and the classes are so much fun! You can’t go wrong taking classes here :-) I had to move unexpectedly but I might have to find myself a heavy bag so I can do online classes here because I have not found any kickboxing class close to this one, they are on a different caliber. I can tell you Cory’s classes are really challenging and at the same time so much fun, he knows how to motivate to keep pushing and not quit, his playlist helps a lot too ;-) Toms classes are so much fun too, he is so friendly, he always made me laugh and he helped me tremendously with my form and technique and slowly I was getting better... read full review
