I chose 10 as my score because, I had a great experience on my first visit! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owners were kind and thoughtful, and did a great job explaining, and going over goals and what to expect in my up coming fitness journey!Thank you FIT & NU ?

Listen any ladies in the Denver metro area, thinking of starting a new healthy journey: ?Run to FIT & NU. Joslyn was so warm and inviting from our first phone call to our first in person consult. Adopting a new way of life can always be scary. However, she will put you at ease so much so, you feel as if you are already winnning. Can't wait to came back and edit my review with me before and after pics.
