Im ashamed to be called Filipino because of the staff here. I tried ordering supplies for my colonostomy and these idiots said they NEVER had a patient with a colonostomy and they didn't know what to do so they refused to help me with any supplies. Whats the whole point of having a pcp if they can't "provide care" to their patients. And to make matters worse, they're only open on specific days and aren't even open long like cmon ?

Called at 4:36pm 05/08/2023 to try and schedule an appointment with Dr. Ferrer as a new patient. Whoever was answering phones became rude that I didn't initially clarify that I was new. No fluff or exaggeration, I just asked to schedule an appointment if possible. Will shop for help elsewhere.

These filipinos pretend to be nice, but ended up being slow, unprofessional and unreliable, especially when I needed information and help getting my meds after I moved from saudi aurora. I guess I should have known that when I said mihal kita on the 1st day I met them and they didn't even acknowledge what I said.
