Just came in today to get my charger port fixed; Burak provided great customer service and he’s fast with his work. Went to a couple of phone repair places in the past and they both together ain’t on the level that he’s on so take it from me if you need your phone fixed Burak is the man you’ll want to see!

This is my new go-to spot. He was so quick so courteous and he’s only five minutes away from me. That’s the best part! He told me all about the tablet that I had and even protected it with everything he could.. screen protector.. case ..I’m so glad he had everything in stock to fix my tablet right away now I can get back to doing my homework ??

Good customer service experience. He explained every process of the repair and very nice and polite to customers including me and other customers who came to the store for assistance
