I was able to quickly get in and immediately started to feel relief from a bad case of plantar fasciitis. With each visit, the pain became less and less. Now, I'm getting back into my activities. I was slow in doing so because I was nervous about it recurring, but he encouraged me to get moving again, so I'm gradually doing that and stretching, icing, etc. We'll see for sure at my next visit what the plan is, but it has not come back anything like it was initially and is just about gone, so we're near the end of treatment.
