Great experience. Easy to contact and schedule a cleaning. I was hoping the carpet can be salvageable and cleaned after the basement flooded, but Roi was honest and said they can clean as much as possible, but the carpet will still smell. He ended up just tearing up the carpet and pads and cleaning the concrete floor. It smells great now :) I am giving a 4 star review because I did not realize he didn't take the old carpet and pads to the dump, so now I need to figure out what to do with it.

Doctor Carpet worked magic on my rugs!! These were rugs that I never thought would see the light of day. He took off years of pet hair, dirt, and who knows what else. Highly recommend, and will be using him again for my carpets!Services: Pet stain & odor removal

Dr. Carpet has cleaned our carpets and chairs many times. No matter who comes to the house they are wonderful and do a fantastic job. SUCH nice people. Amir did an especially good job!Services: Upholstery cleaning
