Really good experience with this plumber. They came out on very short notice on a Saturday afternoon. It was snowing and the guy had to deal with finding the exterior cleanout under a bunch of snow and wet, muddy gravel. But he had a good attitude about everything. About an hour and a half later, he managed to clear the blockage in our sewer line and cleaned everything up and all was well. he was polite, professional, confident, and he seemed to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as you would expect. I had a backup in my floor drain and Hery was there in 2 hours on a Saturday. Total service time was less than 30 minutes. Henry was a pleasant, professional and courteous service man and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
