We used Simply Floors to replace the carpet in our house, after we saw what a good job they did putting new carpet in our basement. Kristin was again very helpful, bringing more samples to try at home after we picked a few that we liked in the showroom, and helping us find the right carpet that was a good fit for our house and family. The installers took care of everything and did a great job.
Simply Floors did a great job refinishing our basement. They did an excellent job fixing and levelling our floor, and also laying the composite wood floor. The team did high quality work and was prompt in finishing the job.
We had a wonderful experience getting our floors replaced. From our selection process of material and color (Maci helped us so much) to the install (the entire crew was professional) we felt good. The final result exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend this company.
