I purchased and renovated my home at the end of 2019. COREtec flooring was purchased from Carpet Exchange and installed in the main living area and kitchen by my contractor. In 2013 the flooring began separating and some of the planks were no longer level. After contacting Laura Zane, store manager at Carpet Exchange on Abilene in Aurora, we started the process of determining why I was having problems with the flooring. After careful examination of the installed floor and surplus planks, it was determined that the materials used were defective. Installer did a good job in the installation. I'm usually not asked to pay the other half of my payment until after the work is complete not before. However, I was pleased with the installation.

Laura helped us through the entire process of choosing our carpet, the padding, scheduling the installation and communicating throughout the project. The installation was complete in a day, the men were extremely professional and our house looks amazing!
