I'm a hard person to impress. Retired military and retired State Trooper. My 90 year old father was in need of some tax advice. We went to see Carlos Klinger Jr. at his office. We were welcomed into the office as if we were coming into someone's house as guests. The staff was as cordial as family. Carlos is as patient as a Saint, listened to all of my FIL's questions and provided him with the advice he needed. Carlos took time out of his busy day to listen to the concerns of an old man and then when it came time to pay for services rendered, he refused to be paid. What a class act!!! Carlos, you're Grandpa and Father must be so proud of you!! Thanks for restoring a little bit of my faith in human decency. God Bless!!!

Carlos did a fantastic job prepping our tax returns, found deductions I had missed doing them on my own, and gave good advice on how to make sure we don't owe next year! Best tax experience we've had!
