    They have horrible property managers that are unresponsive, unreasonable, and make up their own laws to get their way. Try to enforce violations under vague rules that allow them to do whatever they want. Avoid at all cost

    I am a tenant; signed my lease in December 2022 with the plan of starting operations in January 2023. WiFi is included in the lease. I have been trying for almost 3 hours to get the WiFi access information. THEY CAN'T GET IT! They're not sure if they can even get it to me today! Unbelievable!!!

    4th Update: Our legal counsel had to intervene once again due to John Rentz's behavior, suggesting he believes he's above the law. It's clear to us that Boxer Property employs questionable tactics to extract additional funds from their tenants monthly.3rd Update: Yet another incident with Boxer Property has forced us to involve our attorney. Our interactions are primarily with John Rentz, the attorney/VP for Boxer Property based in Texas.
