Most banfields you have to walk through a PetSmart to get to. This one has its own entrance isn't inside of a PetSmart and is really nice. The space is clean large but not overly large. The entrance might be a little challenging if you're in a wheelchair because of the double door situation they got going on. The staff here though is far superior to many other banfields and trust me I've used lots of them. This is where I got my newest dog neutered. They took really good care of him and even though it's more than half an hour drive from my house, it's worth every minute.

Had my 1 year old puppy spayed here yesterday. The process since the beginning was extraordinary. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have been continuing to offer their support after surgery. Surgery went great! I love the Optimum Wellness Program they offer. Best program for a new puppy parent.

Where do I even begin I want to personally thank Kim Shemanske for going out of her way and showing me that I can still have faith in humanity and people again.. you guys truly helped me when I needed it most and I'll never forget this let alone will I ever take any other animal of mine to any other vet... I couldn't of expected to receive a blessed at one my lowest points it really is true not all heros wear capes I wish it was possible to give you guys a higher rating then 5 star cause you gals sure as hell deserve it !!! I would recommend this vet 11 times out of 10 then really isn't another option when I doubt hall the vets I've ever been to have... read full review
