Aurora Hills Animal Hospital has a great staff. They're prompt, professional, communicative and work well with my animals, even though one is very difficult. It is a smaller hospital and now I recognize that as a good thing.

I really love the staff and care they provide. I've never had an issue with anyone being rude to me or misquoting me like other reviews have said. Every time I go in with my cats, they show me a quote for services and break down what each charge is for so I feel they are very transparent about pricing. Yes it can be expensive but pet care is expensive in general and I'm willing to pay more to know my fur babies are taken care of. The last vet I went to, I felt like he was very judgemental and condescending and didn't take the time to actually talk to me or explain things and I've never had that problem here. This place is really nice and professional, the prices are a bit high but that’s to be expected when given professional care. They take care credit and spot which is a bonus. I like that this vet takes minor consultations over the phone, they were really helpful when my kiddo accidentally ingested some ibuprofen. The place is very clean and cozy, and they provide treats for the kiddos during their time there. All in all a very great team!
