I recommend this business for appliance repair. They were reliable, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I needed to have my dryer repaired since it would not start. TJ took it apart and made the diagnosis, Kevin came and cleaned the entire system, and Brandon replaced the broken part. I am very happy with the work that was done. The dryer works very well and it is as good as new.

Brandon was our service engineer, and he was outstanding! He was professional, kindhearted, thoughtful, thorough, and careful to explain all I needed to learn about my washing machine. Action Appliance responded quickly to our need to have our washing machine evaluated for service on a Friday. By Monday we had the machine repaired. A new gasket was needed, and I needed to have the filter drained and cleaned. I needed to learn how to keep up with this maintenance. Brandon explained when asked that Action Appliance will take care of any appliances. Good to know, because you have a new customer! Very responsive to be able to send a deck the next day. Allen was professional and polite. Spent a couple of hours troubleshooting and provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong with our washing machine.
