I just went for my first appointment, and it was great! I've been getting waxed about once a month for the past fifteen years so I can confidently say Berkeley is great at what she does. The wax was high quality and not too hot, and she got the job done quickly. She also got all of the wax residue off which doesn't always happen. I loved booking my appointment online, and the studio is nice and roomy.

I spent the last few years in Chicago and went to five of "the best" waxers there. Each time the technician would comment on the difficulty of my hair (gee thanks) and the sessions were always painful and took almost 2 hours. Berkeley at Tulips is the BEST. Brazilian and full leg took an hour, was almost completely pain free (I mean, you're ripping hair out of your body, so ya know), and the atmosphere of the studio was fabulous. She was also able to get all of my hair off, which is super impressive considering I usually had about 15-20% left after going to other places. As a bonus, her demeanor is just wonderful: friendly, funny, and very professional. I swear I will never ever go anywhere else. Thank you Berkeley!!!
