From Tonic Method - Aspen

Tonic Method combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the low impact strength training of Pilates to target your core, thighs, butt, and arms. We incorporate bursts of low-impact cardio with a series of exercises that are done at a slow, deliberate pace under continuous tension, which utilize your slow-twitch muscles to keep you in your fat-burning zone to build long, lean muscle. Our custom Pilates Reformers were inspired by the traditional Pilates Reformer, but have been modified and enhanced to provide greater intensity, new exercises, more resistance, and a completely unique type of workout. Our mission is to add longevity into your life through functional movement.
