There are few words that can describe the level of service that Richard Berkshire provided us during our recent purchase in Basalt. “Amazing” might be a start. He is a wealth of knowledge on all things in the Roaring Fork Valley and the properties therein.
He helped us with our first purchase in Snowmass in 2019, and for the past several years has shown us property after property in Marble, Red Stone, Carbondale, and back to Basalt. He never tired of showing us each property to accommodate our travel schedules.
