I visited Tim's store after my glasses fell apart, and he personally attended to me, surpassing our expectations. Not only did he fix my glasses in 5 minutes, but his unmatched charisma left a lasting impression. We'll definitely return for the wide variety he offers.

Tim is extremely accommodating and helpful. I’m so glad we purchased from an independent optician, because the level of customer service is way beyond anything else. I will definitely be back for future purchases!

I was in town for a Veterans ski event and the ear pieces came off my glasses. Most places will just put a quick bandage on the issue push you out the door. He made me new ear pieces and made sure they would not come back off. This will definitely get me by till I can get new glasses. He also took the time to show me glasses that I should be looking for when I got back home. For him I wasn’t a sale but he treated me like a customer! Thank you!
