We enjoyed a delightful dinner at Elina. The food was terrific and the pasta special was a real treat. It was a fairly quiet evening and nice to converse easily. It's a charming venue, but the wine list is very expensive with not many reasonably priced options.

We always order the artichoke bruschetta for each of us. We had the sommelier suggest a wine that we didn't like and he was glad to give us a different bottle that we enjoyed more. We had the black pepper pasta and the halibut as main courses and enjoyed them both.

Always the highlight of dining experience in Aspen. Don't miss this fabulous restaurant. The food is consistently superb. The service is extraordinary. And sitting out on the mall watching the characters walk by is very entertaining!
