Great little gym. This is not a big city people. I work out a lot of different place an especially when I am traveling. JR's - Aspen is my home gym though. Nice staff and you can get in a good workout.
I like it, but the main idea of joining this gym was because of the pool (which the water is cold and does not have much maintenance), the sauna (which lasts 20 minutes between each steam release) and finally the jacuzzi that has 3 weeks without service. I was a little disappointed for the high monthly payment cost I have.
Best gym I've ever worked out in. Views of Ajax and town. Every type of piece of equipment you can imagine. Never crowded. Even if you aren't a gym person it's worth checking out
