Everything was absolutely incredible! The staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The hotel is stunning, and everything always looked picture-perfect. The 11-course meal was delicious and a delightful experience. Our room was perfect, and the maid service was excellent! Traveling with our two little dogs was made easy with the fantastic amenities for them in the room, and everyone was very kind to them. We loved everything about Hotel Jerome. Thank you for making our stay so special and memorable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel ! The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special .
Only complaint was , the bathtub had issues and maintenance crew had to come out 2 times to fix the hot water .
Visited the spa onsite , was great spa !
