My experience was so bad, I question whether or not this is a legitimate business I made my first appointment with Crystal, I arrive on time and the business is closed. I text her that I have arrived and she tell tells me " Sorry, I am having car trouble." Um, ok, I reschedue, giving her the benefit of a doubt, even though I wonder why she didn't text me before my appointmen. I drove 30 minutes to get there. We reschedule my appointment. I arrive at the rescheduled appointment on time, the business is closed , I text Crystal again, she again tells me, "Oh, Sorry, I am having car trouble." Crystal is the absolute best!!! She does amazing waxes and facials! I’ve been coming to her for a while and she’s my go to bikini waxer. She’s incredibly sweet and professional!
