My experience was so bad, I question whether or not this is a legitimate business I made my first appointment with Crystal, I arrive on time and the business is closed. I text her that I have arrived and she tell tells me " Sorry, I am having car trouble." Um, ok, I reschedue, giving her the benefit of a doubt, even though I wonder why she didn't text me before my appointmen. I drove 30 minutes to get there. We reschedule my appointment. I arrive at the rescheduled appointment on time, the business is closed , I text Crystal again, she again tells me, "Oh, Sorry, I am having car trouble." Once again, she does not text letting me know. Crystal lacks basic professionalism and courtesy . Also, this "business" is in an outdated, basement office in old building in Arvada. Buyer beware!

Crystal is the absolute best!!! She does amazing waxes and facials! I’ve been coming to her for a while and she’s my go to bikini waxer. She’s incredibly sweet and professional!

I have appointments with her right now and I am in front of her office but the building is locked and she doesn't answer her phone ..I called her 3 times and left her a message..OMG, she even didn't call me to cancel my appointment...not recommend her..
