Please do not use this person he does not pay the subcontractors he hired me to do 3 bathrooms for 14,000.00 and he did not pay me he is the most dishonest person I have ever met always telling lies he told me that the owners of the house did not want to pay him but it is a total lie Because I contacted the people and they told me that they paid him 43,000.00 dollars, they even showed me the copy of the checks and he still doesn't want to pay me. Please don't use this person. Sean Eubanks and his stupid company. I also contacted other people they work at the job and I also he don't pay them too

The electrician was competent & professional. Renaissance Renovations had on their website that they are rated A+ on the Better Business Bureau. This is not true. They are using the BBB A+ symbol fraudulently.Do not use them.

Renaissance Renovations completed a full kitchen and master bath renovation for us. Both projects included the removal of walls and other customization due to our limited space and antiquated floor plans. We are very happy with how both the kitchen and bath turned out. Renaissance was able to work within our budget and with our original vision and make them a reality.
