They were hired to do the Reconstruction on my house after a fire it has been 17 months and it is still not complete. They are now refusing to work because I cannot guarantee payment from my mortgage company. Our insurance will no longer pay for our temporary place to live because it has been so long. So now my 80-year-old disabled mother and myself have to move back into a house with no roof no ceiling no carpet and is filthy from the workers. I would never ever ever hire this company!!!!

10/20/2019 an EF3 Tornado destroyed 30 Condo units & displaced 30 Families @ Park Central Place Condo's Over by the Northaven Trail up-&-over 75 @ Northaven Bridge. 4.5 Years later?, Those same 30 families are not only having to pay for FULL monthly HOA fees while not incurring the expenses for Utility's (water, electricity, natural gas), Landscaping, Trash, Recycling?, But we've had subsequent increases of 20% on our monthly HOA fees in 2022 & if one can believe it? an additional 25% on top of that in 2023 along with 2 huge special assessments in 2020 & 2023 to Pay for insurance proceeds deficiencies because the HOA at the time went cheap on the insurance coverage terms & conditions. Not only do we pay some of the highest in monthly HOA fees for the area (only the high-rise Condo towers on Northwest Highway are higher - But you get a white gloved doorman who knows your name along with in-house on-site services & even valet services to bring your car up from the parking lot to the front for you), But you see? Our HOA Has no impetus to get the project finished & completed because they keep using our slush fund of accruing monthly HOA fees that aren't going to pay for anything we're using/consuming/incurring to pay for other things throughout the property Why? Because the HOA is broke due to gross mismanagement & teetering on bankruptcy. The 30 affected EF3 tornado victims? We're just paying & paying & paying & paying year after year after year after year & in fact? we're having to DOUBLE PAY!!, Because while we're paying our mortgage & our full HOA fees as if we are living at the property?, we're also paying our property taxes & whatever loans that we had while ALSO HAVING TO PAY TO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!. Other EF3 Affected Property's like 5800 Royal Ln Condo's were rebuilt with full customizations unconstrained by their owners within 2-years of the EF3 event by Calvary Construction Company & a much better run HOA (Even though that HOA & property had the same "STRATA" insurance underwriter). Reconstruction Experts along with Lerch-Bates (The architectural firm) have piss poor ratings & reviews on Glassdoor. Our condo rebuild project is at the bottom of the to-get-done list for Reconstruction Experts & they have prolonged this because they can & nobody's doing anything about it because the HOA is simply milking us EF3 affected for our monthly HOA fees redirecting those to other property deficiencies & upgrades because the HOA is Broke. This needs to be thoroughly investigated & social pressure brought upon Reconstruction Experts For not only their constant obfuscating shenanigans but also their skullduggery in regards to the displaced & EF3 tornado affected victims & protracting this rebuild process in a miserly niggardly manner which should've been finished at least a year ago to the point where it probably won't be finished for another 6 months making it 5 years since the event that people have been out of their homes!!. Please.

After seeing the mixed reviews I took the chance and had this company come out and do the work that I needed done. All I can say is WOW! They are top notch with communication, unlike any other company I have dealt with. Their work quality was on par as well. Will definitely be using them again!
