Mountain Meridian Wellness

Therapeutic massage customized to fit the needs of the client. Sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes are performed with intention and focused on the goals of the client. The massage is integrative in that it combines different modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Tuina, Energy Meridian Work, and Hara. The practitioner uses some or all of these techniques intuitively while drawing on knowledge from over 4 years of wellness related schooling.
