I gave him a call to ask what I'm sure we're complete asinine and simple questions, but he was incredibly patient with me and helped me recover a ton of information off my old laptop that the monitor stopped working on. These guys are awesome, so kind patient and helpful. We bought a new PC and were having issues with the GPU, they helped us solve our issue after a 10 minute phone call. Service like that is a dying trait, we are so greatly appreciative.
