I am a regular customer at this Massage Envy and always see John O for massage. I don't normally do reviews, but John's service is so good I am making an exception. He is very responsive to my requests. He is an extremely talented masseuse and can do any touch, from very light to deep, deep tissue. The key is communicating with him clearly what you need. I had a knee replacement, and he really helped me get through that, offering relief that the PT exercises did not. I look forward to my 90 minute massages with him every month.
My masseuse was amazing. The only complaint I have is I was scheduled for a 60 minute massage. From beginning to end I think it was more like a 45 minute massage. Otherwise the experience was great.
The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had an excellent massage by Michael. He is very knowledgeable regarding injuries and knows how to assist with sore muscles and stretching.
