Kristy is awesome and does a great job making sure you get what you want, and is very personable. I’ve had her for the last few haircuts I’ve gotten and she always does a great job!
Only two members today, Kristy and Jen! Kristy killed it! She was speedy, precise and kept the same energy, kindness and customer service as always! Kristy worked as if she had a full staff. No sense of stress at all! She moved like the rock star she is, and did so with her welcoming smile! KRISTY YOU ROCK!
Their haircuts are okay but what I just don't understand is why they bother to give appointments. We were kept waiting long after our appointment time was scheduled. If this had been a first instance of this I'd be more understanding but this has been the norm for far too many appointments. Annoying with all the 'in a hurry? Make an appointment " signs that are there. I believe that I will be looking for another place.
