John and team are incredibly professional, responsive, and committed to quality. They did all the work in our basement renovation project, and even assisted with some of the design decisions. I had Kruse Electric and a few other companies come out to take a look at my panel to see if it needed upgraded. I decided to go with Kruse because they showed up on time, were very honest on what they thought needed to be fixed, and gave a much better price than the other two companies. They came to do the repair and were very fast and professional. John and Jake are amazing. John replied to my phone message immediately and was able to schedule the next week. John and Jake were on time, knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to fix several issues with our zapping light switch, some outlets that weren't working, and a pull light that broke while they were here. Their fees were really reasonable and I will call them again in an instant the next time I need an electrician!
