Our refrigerator was only partially cooling. It is about 13 years old and we thought we were going to have to replace it. We called Kevin and he suggested we clean the refrigerator coils and other exterior parts. He gave us specific intructions on how to do it ourselves. We were successful. i called kevin on saturday @ 11:30 because my ice maker fan had quit. he was in the middie of a job but took the time to talk to me and find out what was going on with my ice maker. he explained what he thought it was and said he could come by later and take a look. in the mean time i tried a couple of things kevin had suggested and sure enought after a couple of hours the fan started turning. he said to do a quick defrost with a hair dryer and see if that fixes it and it did. after a few hours i was enjoying my favotite beverage with ice.thanks kevin for the help, you made my day. you are # 1 on my top 10 list
We are presently renting a home, but my husband is usually able to tackle most of the minor issues. The refrigerator door would not close.
