I've been going to Core Progression in Arvada for a few weeks. The facility is well equipped and so far the trainer has been effective and very flexible to accommodate my schedule. Very satisfied with the progress and workouts here so far.
Our family has had a great experience at Core, we love the atmosphere, and the trainers, they are friendly and helpful too. Seth, our trainer, who we love, is knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to what is going on with our bodies. He also trians our kids and they love him! He makes it fun and keeps them safe while secretly making them fall in love with moving! Highly recommend.
I've been training with Summer since January and I think she's the best! She really knows her stuff and has created programs for me that are unique for my fitness needs and goals. She's very understanding about limitations and when I've needed it, she has come up with creative adaptations that keep me moving forward. She provides the perfect amount of "push" to encourage me but is not overbearing like I've experienced at other gyms. I highly recommend her as a trainer!
