I’ve been going to this studio for a couple of months now as a newbie and have been loving it! Receptionists are always friendly, place is always clean, classes are always on time. I think I’ve attended all instructors classes but I typically take Carissa and Robin’s classes and love them. Definitely recommend!

The studio is large and clean and they have a ton of equipment. Workout was good and staff was friendly. Seemed like a bit too much small talk/side convo for me at 6am but that's just me and my preference. Large shared parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue.

Instructors are super attentive and knowledgeable, especially Terrell and Robin! I love that the focus is on form with controlled movements and not on burning as many calories as fast as possible.
