Ok.. so I threw my back out.. gardening at that, about two months ago. Thought I got it straightened out. Then threw it out again while on vacation in Hawaii. I tried massages, yoga, stretches, hot wraps, the vibrating gun, everything. I knew I had to throw in the towel and get help so I contacted Calm Spirit and I was connected with Gina Williams. She was so thorough in asking what my issues and concerns were, got me set up and after my session with her she had me lay on this pulsing mat that helped ease the pain even more. This place is wonderful. I had two chronic medical conditions and went to several doctors seeking relief. Gina did acupuncture and resolved both issues. I've never been happier. I highly recommend Calm Spirits and my acupuncture practitioner Gina.
Angela provided an incredible healing massage for my back injury. After dealing with chiropractic adjustments and pain for weeks, she took the entire session at my request focusing on the muscle tightness in my lower back.
