I wish I had taken before photos, but I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I was ready to replace our carpets but the cleaning seriously made them look brand new for a couple hundred bucks. Couldn't be happier thank you Bear Steam!

I was very happy with their service. They did a great job cleaning my carpet, but what I really appreciated was that they listened to my instructions before they started, and were even concerned that mt cat might get out with the front door partially open. I would definitely use them again.
