Wow it's so sad to see people STILL acting prejudice and racist. I haven't felt so judged and unwelcome someplace in a very long time. I felt like I was back in Julesberg, CO. Do NOT come here!

Google says this place is open when I just called (and it's a Sunday). Says no availability at 2 and I ask if they are booked the whole day? Since she was so rude about it? And she proceeds - in such a nasty tone might I add - that they normally aren't open on sundays and I apologize for bothering since Google says otherwise. She continues to be outrageously rude. And I mean rude. To the point where I was like oh my gosh I got it you aren't open and had to hang up. Never have I been talked to so rudely on the phone like this. If you aren't open then don't answer!! And if you do - maybe treat people a little nicer? Yikes. I won't make my way to this salon ever.

I literally have never left a yelp review anywhere but DANG I've been to this shop four times in the past few months.. I've had ONE decent experience out of the FOUR. They always seems very rushed (I'm guessing because other clients are coming in the door) but they do not properly remove previous polish, never get all of my crusty cuticles, they leave nail beds not fully covered in new polish and always leave excess polish on the sides. I went today hoping, MAYBE the next person will do it right.. nope. There are a ridiculous amount of bubbles on every-single-nail.. if you go in for a basic manicure seems like they just simply DONT CARE, unfortunately. It's the least expensive service they have so makes sense not to do a good job, ya? HA I'm done.
