Welcome. So glad you found us! We believe in the body and mind’s natural ability to heal – if given the right tools and support. We are a fully integrated practice of massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage and trauma touch therapies as well as meditation, yoga, health coaching and wellness classes. We help to ease pain, stress, anxiety and trauma both physically and emotionally. Perhaps you need relief from an injury or balancing of the nervous system; or support for a pregnancy or recovery from surgery. No matter the reason, you found us and we are happy to help. We also offer our wellness space available for rent for workshops and classes where we feature local artists. . *By Appointment Only* *accept HSA
