Tracy is one of the best! I appreciate how she takes the time to listen to how you are feeling and what your needs are but is always flexible to adjust if needed. She provides support and suggestions on what to do between appointments to keep feeling good.
My experience with Boundless Body & Wellness has been absolutely great!!! I injured my right rotor cuff last year and after 4 months of visiting Amber and Tracy, with a little acupuncture from Corrine, I was nearly 100% healed. Call it age or lack of the lifting the proper way, in November of 2022, I injured my left rotor cuff after lifting a suitcase over my head. I tried to see a massage therapist through my insurance as recommended and after my first visit was thoroughly disappointed. I called Amber immediately and scheduled time with her office. After 1 month of seeing Tracy and Amber I know I’m on the correct road to recovery. These ladies know what they’re doing, they know muscles and the arm and neck extremely well. I am so pleased with their promptness, excellent communication, and just amazing service they have provided to me in my time of discomfort.
