If I could give 10 stars, I would! Our realtor, Bill Werner, has been nothing short of impeccable throughout our home buying process. Bill has handled every obstacle and setback we’ve faced with absolute ease and professionalism. His vast expertise in all aspects of real estate, including owner financing, really made a difference for our unique situation! I don't normally don't write reviews but I wanted to this time because of the excellent service Werner provided and Derrel McCoy in particular. My house was a unique one (earthship) and the tenant left it and the property in very bad shape. I showed it to a few agents and they didn't even want to touch it. When I finally got to Derrel he admitted that he didn't have
experience with earthships and what they are all about but was willing to go for it anyway and give it his best. He did not disappoint!
