I was a member of SLV Fitness for about two years before switching to another local gym primarily due to its larger network which I needed as I travel more and more out of town.During my two years here I was very impressed with this gym both the cleanliness, equipment, and staff. It has a full range of resistance machines, stand-alone weights, and cardio equipment. They keep the place at a comfortably cool temperature. Great place to work out. Staff (Raven) is excellent! Very clean and updated facility. 24 hour access makes it easy to still work out, even on holidays when they are closed. Owners are very friendly and take the time to ask how you are doing.

I love the steam room and sauna when i have time to get in. The staff has always been amazing and friendly, great personalities. The classes are fun and challenging. I love the training. I was in good shape in my late 20's early 30's and got lazy didnt take care of myself lost my confidence and self esteem. In November 2015 I joined SLV Sports & Wellness.
