I think it shameful that Rocky Mountain turned off all the computers and access and all the eyeglass orders have to be run thru the Pueblo office today instead of letting the Alamosa office finish out their duties. Seems like the Purbli office is trying to punish Dr Tibbits and his staff, but you are REAlly hurting the customers......shameful

Dr Tibbits performed one of the most extensive eye exams I have ever had and identified a couple of issues that I was not aware of. He was able make a last minute change to our schedule as we had another appointment to get to. When I went back topick out new glasses, the staff was very friendly and helpful and got me new frames and lenses at a cost much less than i have paid in the past.

I really enjoyed my visit and my appointment with Rocky mountain eye center the staff was very professional and informative I just wish they had a wider variety of eyeglass frames to pick from all in all really enjoyed my visit thank you
