Our mini-split leaked out all the Freon. The men came out immediately and fixed the leaks, reloaded the Freon and were gracious and kind. Happy to recommend them to my friends and family.
Can't say enough about Quality Air. Was in a bind with our living room split unit, and given the summer desert heat, needed as quick a fix as possible. Timothy made it happen faster than I knew it could be done. We used Quality Air on a different property last year and can say that their top notch work is not a fluke. Our business will continue trusting in Quality Air for all HVAC needs to come.
I had a great experience with Quality Air. I was shopping for mini-splits and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Timothy (the owner) was always responsive to my calls, and worked with my budget and timeline for the install. The installation team were professional, efficient and precise.
