The doctors/NP have been very good but something has changed. Last appointment I was seen by a different Dr/RNP that I've had a couple of times. she's always in way too much of a hurry. Never feel heard.
Today I called and the next appointment isn't available until June! It's the beginning of March. That's just ridiculous.

Look, idk if anyone actually reads these, but Rosa is wonderful. I had a run- around for over an hour with referrals, appts, calls, etc. Rosa got it done. I hope all other receptionists and providers follow her example bc getting my appt for ortho was crucial. She took the reigns and nearly got everything scheduled for me with kindness and concern. If you read this, thank you so much. I hope I get to talk/ work with you again. You're a life saver. Many can learn a lot from you...

I’ll be honest this place USED to be useless. The doctors never seemed to care enough and my medical issues never seemed to be getting fixed in a manner that should be normal for healthcare. That is until they staffed new doctors recently. Dr. Ivana Bluhm and Dr. Heather Keaton have been an incredible help in my journey towards perfect health. They actually listen to what I have to say and find real solutions the day of my appointment or shortly after. Finally my medical issues are being addressed thanks to these two wonderful doctors. If you tried this place before and didn’t like it, you may feel differently now.
