My experience workng with Charles at The Income Tax Office in Yucaipa was flawless. I had been going to the same tax office and working with the same accountant for over 40 years. With this person retiring, I was forced to search for another company or individual to handle my taxes. I am so grateful to have found Charles and The Income Tax Office of Yucaipa. He is personable, professional, reasonably priced, and provides an enjoyable experience with something that doesn't typically lend itself to being a positive task. I highly recommend Charles and his staff for all of your income tax service needs.

I had given up on trusting tax preparers and then I was referred to Charles... He is amazing and I will never ever go to anyone else! So humble. He cares and he listens. He is a good one!

As of 5/16/22, our taxes were received by the IRS. I just very much dislike the fact that there was no communication/update on the situation with our taxes. 3 months later we had our taxes processed, and no update from our tax guy.
