Look no further for a great company for all your HVAC needs. They have serviced our system (we are signed up for annual maintenance on AC & heater) and now, they just sold us & installed a new system to replace our 25 yr old one, and we are so pleased. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. The office is easy to get in touch with to schedule service. They have definitely won us over. You should give them a try too.
I've had Russell's install a heater and ac system at the end of last year and then just recently a water heater. These folks are solid. They stand behind their work! I wouldn't hesitate working with them again!
Our 20+ year old Central A/C unit started blowing warm air one night last week and we knew we were in trouble. The next morning I called three companies, but due to the high number of service calls because of the August heatwave, they were understandably unable to provide same-day service. However, Alma, at Russell’s was very gracious and fortunately was able to schedule a late morning, same-day service call for us. The initial assessment by Roy was right on point.
