Had a wonderful experience with a Doctor Who was completely honest, not trying to upsell and was very concerned with the well-being of the dog and was very flexible about pricing I would recommend to anybody
1st appointment, husband waited an hour and a half not to be seen. He couldn't wait any longer due to previous engagement. He had to leave.
2nd appointment, they called us to reschedule next day stating it will be with another vet tech. Vet tech did NOT examine our dog in front of my husband. Instead they took him away and came back to explain issue (ear infection). Received medication which did take care of the problem.
3rd appointment follow up, we got confirmation text message at noon on Saturday stating our appointment time was at 9 on Monday. Went in at 9 on Monday to be told vet would be in at 10 and they moved our appointment (no notification). Had to leave...read full review
Dr C. Is the best!! We had to say bye to our beautiful old boy last week and Dr. C made an awful day a bit better. She’s so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. In the week leading up to that horrible day, I couldn’t be there, but she sent my husband home with notes on all the paperwork so he could help me understand what was going on and what everything meant as far as bloodwork, labs, etc. The vet tech left a little to be desired and seemed clueless to the fact that we were there to put our boy to rest the day of, but Dr. c was absolutely INCREDIBLE!
