I called Mark, and his sons, Eric and Elijah, showed up in 30 minutes. They located my mainline, identified the leak, and proceeded to repair with a more robust/proper installation.

Made an appointment on Thursday to work around my schedule on Friday. They showed up right on time and did a great job installing a kitchen and bathroom faucet for me. Super friendly and nice, and gave me advice on what would look best. Highly recommend.
