Response was quick, carpet was ordered promptly, and brought a week later. first installers had a hard time getting the old carpet off the floor, however, the second installers got it up and new carpet installed in 2 days. Owner is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Bob was great to work with. He really took the time to make sure we maintained our schedule. His install team Kevin and Axel were extra helpful. They kept a clean worksite and paid attention to details.
