We have had a slow drip in the bathtub. I knew how to fix it. But I didn't want to do it myself because I am looking for a plumber because I bought a house 3 years ago. This job was a trial run to find an honest plumber to tackle the bigger jobs that will require a professional. So I called around and was surprised, (but not surprised) that many refused to give quotes over the phone but wanted to come and diagnose the issue. I was quoted $475, $975 and $1275 (that one one even told me they needed to cut through my drywall in my garage to fix it.)

I looked and called around Yucaipa with several other companies, all with bad customer service. When I called JP plumbing, he was so helpful and professional. Gave me the best price out of all the companies I called. He came out was super friendly. His work was of good quality, cleaned up after himself and took the time to ask what I wanted, he didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t need.
