This is one of the nicest dentist’s office that I have ever been to. The girls up front, the X-ray tech, the hygienist, the gal who helped me get credit, and the dentist herself, Dr. Duong, were all very personable and helpful. They all seemed to know their field very well. I got a fitting done my first time there with a try-in scheduled for two and a half weeks. Wow! I am very impressed!! I have a deep cleaning next week, so maybe I won’t be quite so enamored with all of them after that. We’ll see. Right now, I can say that I am actually excited to be going back to the dentist. Weird!
Well its not that they aren't doing their best. Some of them are great. But I must say EVERY SINGLE Crown I've gotten there has fallen off. I have very good hygiene and no gum problems, so it is not me. I've had a couple crowns done at my last dentist that are still on fine!. I've told them their glue/cement (?) stuff sucks! Today, I had one put back on that I just got 2 weeks ago. So, like I said, it's not the students' fault. It's their "glue." By the way, did I say that that's who works there? Kim at the front desk is so friendly, kind, and helpful! Everyone remembers your name in the office and makes your visit as calming as possible. Dr. Duong, Brittany, and the hygienist teams are great!
