I am selling my house and wanted it to be move in ready. I debated paying for detailed cleaning that I thought I could just do on my own. The owner returned my calls promptly and scheduled my house without having to wait week as other places. Three girls came to do the cleaning. They were awesome and amazing. What took them 6 hours to do would have taken me 6 days. Coldren’s doesn’t just walk out the door and say " there you go". They actually walk through the house and check everything with you. My ceiling fans, window seals, all vents upstairs and down, light fixtures, bathrooms, this list only a few of the many areas they cover. My stove was cleaner than its ever been.
